  • The above discounts are subject to approval by the Africa’s Travel Indaba Sales Team and subject to the criteria to participate at Africa’s Travel Indaba.

  • All prices include VAT
  • VAT is charged at the legislation rate of 15%.
  • Standard units range from 3 x 3 = 9m2
  • Prices vary from venue to venue and for prime locations – please take careful note on the rate schedule
  • Prices are per square meter and should therefore be multiplied by the unit you choose i.e.
    3 x 3 = 9 m² @ rate / m² = total
  • Discounts do not apply to Meeting Hubs, Plug & Meet Package or Association Pavilion.

Please note that on floorspace stands only, it is compulsory to order a DB Board as per the breakdown below. This will be included on any quotes requested. Please inform your stand building contractors accordingly.
