    Exhibitor Build Up dates are: 5 May 2011 and 6 May 2011

  • How do I book a stand at Indaba?

    Applications to exhibit at Indaba open on the 1 August and close on the 15 September 2010. The applications are available on-line only and cannot be emailed, faxed or downloaded from the website.

  • What is the smallest stand size available?

    The smallest stand size available is a 3 x 3m².

  • What are the stand rates at Indaba?

    The stand rates are available under the exhibitor tab on the home page of Indaba website.

  • What are the payment terms for my stand at Indaba?

    60% deposit payable from 30 days of invoice date. 40% balance is due by the 31 March 2011.

  • Can I register to visit Indaba and be a roving exhibitor?

    Roving exhibitors are not permitted at Indaba! If roving exhibitors are found selling their services at Indaba they will be escorted off the premises.

  • Can I bring my own catering?

    The ICC does not permit external caterers and can be contacted directly for your catering requirements onsite.

  • When and how can I register to visit Indaba?

    The registration to visit Indaba opens on the 1 November 2010 and is available online only.

  • Are there shuttles available from the Airport to the ICC?

    There are shuttles available with specified routes an specified times, the Shuttle schedule will be available to view on the website closer to the show.

  • Can I exchange my Forex at Indaba?

    There is a First National Bank on-site who can assist you with changing your Forex.

  • Is the venue Wi-Fi compatible?

    Yes, the venue is Wi-Fi compatible.
